  • Domain registration and related management tools.
  • Technical support as per your selected plan.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Any illegal or unauthorized use (e.g., phishing, spam, malware distribution) will result in immediate termination.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Prohibited content: child exploitation, hate speech, pirated software, phishing, or content violating UAE or international law.
  • Do not overload servers or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.

5. Payment and Billing

  • All fees are due in advance according to the selected plan.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Data and Backups

  • While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, maintaining backups is your responsibility.
  • CloudsVista is not liable for data loss due to customer actions or third-party attacks.

7. Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or legal requirements.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • CloudsVista will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use or downtime.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah courts (or your operating Emirate).

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
